After I place my order, when can I collect my paint at home kit or foam clay kit?"

Your order will be ready to collect on the next day that we are open. We will send you an email when it is packed and ready to collect. If you order on a day when we are open, please wait until your email arrives to say your it is ready for collection. You can usually collect on the same day. Our opening times are different at the moment. Please check our website or Facebook page for up to date opening days and times information.
What are your opening times?

Our opening times are different at the moment and we are only open for click and collect or picking up your finished pottery. Please check our website or Facebook page for up to date information.
Can I swap some colours for my paint at home kit?

Yes, of course. Just let us know in the notes on the checkout page which colours you'd like. For example, tell us: instead of red, please can I have brown.
How long will it take to fire my pottery, after I've painted it and brought it back to Green Frog Pottery?"

We're not working at full capacity at the moment, so it will be ready two weeks later. Please check our opening times on our website or Facebook.
